Refund and Return Policy

We offer you a refund and return policy that will be in force only until the first 7 (ten) calendar days after purchasing and receiving the product, if 7 days have passed after purchasing and receiving the product we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange of the product.

    • The item must be in the original packaging.
    • Returns of articles of intimate use are not accepted.
    • Returns of gift cards are not accepted.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Only regular priced items can be refunded; Sale items are non-refundable.
    • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, no returns will be accepted.
    • We only replace items that are defective or damaged.


Changes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to [email protected] to give you the return address. We will answer your email within a period of no more than 5 hours, during business hours (Business Day). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.


Late or late refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
